Cancellation Policy

Nobody likes to think it will be necessary to cancel their break away or holiday, but unfortunately sometimes the unexpected happens and it becomes necessary.  For peace of mind, this is why we would always recommend taking out travel insurance. Once you have booked your stay with us our agreement is a legal contract. In the event of a cancellation prior to 14 days of the booking we will gladly return the deposit if the room is re-let. Cancellations within 14 days of the booking, for any reason, will be fully chargeable (unless the room is re-let). For this reason we advise that you take out travel insurance which covers late cancellation in the UK which is inexpensive.
